Kondowe’s vision & mission is to embrace the holistic approach of  nature conservation with sound eco-management methodology to the area and conduct commercial activities on the land to improve the quality of the lives of the members of the Selwana Community with reference to their broad social, economic, cultural, educational and recreational needs. We strive to further pro-active community activities to the 
betterment of all parties involved and our mission is to create a sustainable income to the 
region in general and to the Selwana Community specifically.
